Consultation booking
The consultation calendar is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector). Opening the calendar loads that provider’s content. Information you submit in the calendar goes to our booking system so Lotus can arrange your consultation and contact you about it. Your browser may also connect to the provider’s security and scheduling services.
Vagaro is used separately for treatment scheduling, memberships and billing. Please review the notices and terms shown by each provider before submitting information. This website does not collect payment for a membership.
Calls and email
Phone and email links open your chosen app. Avoid putting medical history or other sensitive information in a general email; call us to ask how to share it appropriately.
Website analytics
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta tracking are currently disabled on this website. Consultation clicks are not recorded as completed bookings. The booking provider operates its own embedded service and may have separate cookies and privacy settings.
